The image I choose is a picture of the two nebulas that can seen through binoculars on a dark night. A nebula is a large group of cosmic gas and dust visible in space. On the left side of the separating black area in the center, lies the nebula named: NGC 7000 but also being nicknamed the North American Nebula as it retains that shape. On the right side of the dark cloud lies the second nebula:  IC 5070. Also called the Pelican Nebula as it resembles such. I especially liked this picture and found it interesting because it is really cool that a cloud of dust and gas can create something so incredibly colorful and vibrant as this, and from so far away. 1500 light years away in fact.
