The
photo that I selected is of Crab Nebula’s supernova. The photo caught my eye
immediately with its extravagant colors and mixtures of gasses. The supernova
is made from the remnant of a destroyed star with massive clouds of debris. I
wonder whether the supernova keeps the same shape as the star or immediately
expands? When the photo was taken, did the Crab Nebula supernova still exist?
What elements make the beautiful colors of the supernova?
